I had a fabulous stay at this resort, thanks to its amazing location right next to the beach and the beautiful pool. The rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere, especially the ones with balconies overlooking the pool. However, my experience with the service was not ideal, especially when trying to organize a birthday party. The staff’s lack of communication and the pool's maintenance issues were disappointing, which affected my overall experience.
